We can help troubleshoot problems. Some problems are fixable over the phone. We can help you with your programs and teach you over the phone. So you can finish the task you want. We can help you with phone support for most of the services we offer.
This help desk is run through the Ingenio payment service. To help with the question of how do you pay for this, you pay Ingenio. Just click on the "Call Us Now" button and you will be brought to Ingenio's web site. Create an account on Ingenio, pre-pay into your account and then call us through Ingenio. This way, you always get help and your payments are always current.
You must click on the appropriate topic in Ingenio for your calls. If you do not pick the correct topic when you place the call, you will be directed to choose the correct topic and call Enhanced Ideas back. If there is no exact topic for why you are calling, choose the topic that is the closest to what you require help in.
If for any reason you have difficulty getting through, please let us know. We can pre-arrange a call time that will work with your schedule.

For any customers not wishing to use the Ingenio payment service, we will still help you. However, you will still need to pre-pay on your account with Enhanced Ideas, in order to use the help desk service. You will be notified when pre-paid funds for your help desk calls are depleted and you will need to pre-pay again, before you will be able to continue using the help desk.
Or, depending on your needs, we do offer help desk warranty plans. The warranty plans are pre-paid plans based on estimated usage per month. So if you want your employees to be able to pick up the phone and call us for help when they need it, the warranty plan may work for you. Contact us for more information.
